Introductie
In
this role you will be responsible
for the execution of sales policy for the AP (Architectural Products)
markets in Southern Europe (France, Italy and Spain). There are commodities and
specials, and clients that are part of large projects and clients with contract
arrangements. There are various projects at a customer, together with
complexities ranging from a complaint to a contract or a potential order.
Concerned-party interest should be tuned continuously. You will report to the Business
Manager Building & Construction Europe.
Functie
- Develops and executes sales strategies and plans in the marketplace securing achievement of expected bottom-line result for the region.
- Formally leading the account process which requires strong abilities in organization and coordination of other functions.
- Works closely with marketing and architectural advisors to analyse present and future market trends and customer feedback for market segmentation and planning to aim for further market penetration.
- Plans, monitors and periodically reports on execution of sales activities.
- Identifies significant business opportunities, pinpoints existing and/or potential problem areas.
- Provides feedback to understand how customers are utilizing our products and how well those products align versus competitive products.
- Input to price setting, carries out negotiations with customers in the responsible region.
Functie-eisen
- A completed higher of university education in (Technical) business
- 5 years experience in a sales role in the industry
- Great drive and persistence to pursue new opportunities
- Excellent people management skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English and French, Dutch is preferable
